1. General Ticket Policy
All tickets purchased through MFC Fightzone are sold for specific events and dates.

- Ticket type
- Quantity purchased
Once payment is completed, ticket purchases are considered confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Confirmed Ticket Purchases
Unless otherwise required by law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Failure to attend an event

- Personal scheduling conflicts

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.
Customers who cannot attend the rescheduled event may contact MFC Fightzone to request assistance, which may include:
- Ticket transfer to another event (where applicable)
- Credit consideration at management discretion
Refund eligibility for postponed events will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a payment error, please contact us immediately.
MFC Fightzone will investigate legitimate billing issues and, where appropriate, process refunds for verified duplicate or incorrect transactions.
6. Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased online will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact details
- Checking spam/junk folders
- Ensuring they receive ticket confirmation prior to the event
If you do not receive your ticket confirmation, please contact us before the event.

MFC Fightzone does not store customers’ payment card information.
Any payment disputes relating to unauthorised transactions may require additional verification and investigation.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment disputes may result in:
